# createContract

> **createContract**(`__namedParameters`): `Contract`

**`Internal`**

Creates an Ethers Contract instance with the provided signer. For internal use / local chain dev only

## Parameters

#### contractAddress

#### signer

`Signer`

`Contract`

Contract instance to be used internally for calling Vincent Contracts functions
